Additional Trial Pack Information

 

  • The FREE trial provides you with 10 days' worth of Feed Balancer, when fed at 100g per day. Scoops can be ordered for free but are not included with your trial pack or full sized pouch. 50g is equivalent to approximately 4 tablespoons.
  • Subscriptions are automatically set to a frequency of monthly delivery. Please let us know if you wish to alter this frequency, which can easily be adjusted to suit your horse’s needs.
  • All subscriptions are easy to manage by calling or emailing us or setting up an online account. This includes pausing, skipping orders, adjusting frequency, adding products and much more.
  • If you wish to cancel the first full bag on subscription you must call us 0114 266 6200 48 hours before your order is due to ship.
  • If your order is due to be shipped on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, please let us know you wish to cancel by 2pm on the preceding Friday.
  • Once subscription orders have been processed or dispatched we cannot refund them and we cannot accept returns due to feed safety law.
