Do I need to set up an account to get points?
No, points are automatically added to your account every time you place an order. If you haven’t yet registered to access your account, please click the “Register” button on the profile page to set up your account.
I already have a subscription, do I need a separate account for the loyalty points?
No, your account for ordering and/or subscription is the same account your points will be added to.
How many points do I get for ordering?
Non-subscribers get 6 points per £1 spent, and subscribers get 10 points per £1 spent. Your points are calculated off your total order value, after any discount and before shipping is applied.
Why do my points show as “pending”?
Once you’ve placed an order, the points will show as pending for 7 days. This is in case you need to make any amendments to your order, and we need to adjust how many points you get.
I’ve been a customer for a long time, but I haven’t got any points in my account. Why is this the case?
The online loyalty scheme launched on 25th October 2022, so any orders placed after this date will have points added automatically to your account.
How do I redeem vouchers/use my points?
You can redeem vouchers by clicking the “Blue Chip Loyalty Scheme” on your profile page, and scrolling down to “Rewards”. Choose which value voucher you want to redeem. For using your points/voucher, please see “How do I use points on a one-off order?” and “How do I use points on a subscription order?”.
How do I use points on a one-off order?
Once you’ve redeemed your points for a voucher, you will be given a discount code. Add this discount code at checkout, and your discount will be applied.
How do I use points on a subscription order?
Once you’ve redeemed your points for a voucher, you will be given a discount code. Click on the “Manage Subscriptions” on your profile page, and add your discount code here. Your discount will be applied to your next order.
What can I use the points for?
You can use the points for anything on our website, and they can be applied both to subscription orders and non-subscription/one-off orders. We currently do a large range of merchandise, as well as our balancers, supplements and treats.
What happens to any remaining points?
Unused points in your account stay valid for 1 year from the date they were added.
How many vouchers can I use at once?
You can only use one voucher at a time, but you can have several active vouchers in your account. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with offers or other discounts.
How long can I keep my voucher without using it?
There is no expiry date on activated vouchers.
I’ve collected tokens from the bags, can I still use these?
Unfortunately, the physical tokens became obsolete on 30th November, and we will no longer be accepting these.
I bought a bag, got points for it, and there are tokens on the back of it – can I use these as well?
Unfortunately, the physical tokens are now obsolete. Whilst we’re working through our existing packaging with the tokens added, you will still receive these. As long as your order was placed after 25th October, you will have received online points for this.
