Depending on the service you have requested within Blue Chip Feed, it is sometimes necessary for us to work with a third party outside of the UK and the European Economic Area (the EEA) and for personal data to be collected outside of the UK and the EEA. This will only occur when service providers to our business operation are located outside the EEA.
Where we engage with third parties who could hold personal information on our behalf outside of the UK and the European Economic Area (the EEA), they do so within the required regulations under the data protection laws.

We only work with trusted third-party providers outside of the EEA that are compliant to GDPR laws and have the security measures to protect your personal information and do not use this information for anything other than to provide you with the service requested through Blue Chip Feed.

Storage and Retention
We use service providers based around the world. Consequently, your personal data may be processed in countries outside of Europe, including in countries where you may have fewer legal rights in respect of your data than you do under local law.
