Switching from plastic tubs to coated kraft paper pouches, alongside removing scoops from every pouch, has allowed us to make huge improvements in reducing our plastic usage.
Scoops (as and when needed) are now available as a free addition with orders, so no more unnecessary collecting of unwanted tubs or scoops.
The new packaging range was driven from both our own desire to reduce our plastic usage alongside yours. Many of you have been in touch regarding areas Blue Chip can try to make improvements in regards to sustainability, and we always try to put as many of your thoughts into reality as possible.
Multi-buy options on the super concentrated range also saves you money alongside reducing the carbon footprint of delivery by ordering a few months supply at a time, a great option to save your pocket and the environment all at once. All Blue Chip balancers have a good shelf life so should easily allow you to order 3-4 months worth at a time.
What else do we do?
At the end of 2019 we moved our warehousing over 100 miles closer to the mill, in order to reduce our own carbon footprint, improve delivery time and also reduce transport costs which we can then realise for sustainability elsewhere.

We are sourcing more sustainable options for our merchandise range, such as our new waterproof jacket and padded gilet which both have recycled filling.
