Tabitha takes top spot

Last weekend saw another Blue Chip Pony Newcomers Second Round, this time at the fabulous Vale View Equestrian Centre. The winner this time was Tabitha Kyle riding Tanya Kyle's Nightgirl Van Het Sonnishof Z. This exciting combination jumped two clear rounds to finish in 36.85 seconds! Well done Tabitha, we'll see you at Aintree for the finals!

Lucy wins with Min Matilda - Blue Chip Pony Newcomers second rounds

Blue Chip Feed and Equi-Excel Festival Cancelled

It is with great sadness that Blue Chip Feed & Equi-Excel announce the cancellation of this year's Blue Chip Feed Festival of Equestrianism 2020, scheduled to take place on 24th-27th September 2020. Whilst on lockdown we lost months of qualifying shows and events and despite exploring all the options the Festival will simply not be the wonderful fun filled packed event that we had planned for, owing to the limited numbers of people allowed on site. Lily Richardson & Billy winning and qualifying for the 50cm at CCR Equestrian  This will undoubtedly be very disappointing for competitors that have qualified and so we are working with alternative venues to be able to run some of the National Championships classes specifically...

Blue Chip Pony Newcomers Second Rounds 2020

The Blue Chip Pony Newcomers Championship 2020 will be held during a NEW indoor Championship Show at Aintree Equestrian Centre between 7 – 11 October 2020. Second rounds will be held at the following venues on the following dates; Onley Grounds Equestrian Complex (29th August – 1st September) Bury Farm Equestrian Village (5th – 6th September) South View Equestrian Centre  (5th – 6th September) Vale View Equestrian (12th – 13th September) Wales & West Shows (19th – 20th September) Muirmill Equestrian Centre (26th – 27th September) The top eight combinations in each second round will move forward to the Championship. Please note that the qualifiers due to take place in Scotland and Wales are subject to the easing of COVID-19...

Jodie Burchmore-Eames lands the Blue Chip Pony Newcomers Second Round at South View Equestrian Centre

The second of the Blue Chip Pony Newcomers Second Rounds took place on Saturday during the Pony Premier Show at South View Equestrian Centre in Winsford, Cheshire and it was Jodie Burchmore-Eames who clinched the win. With a starting field of 97 and only 4 qualifying tickets for this year’s Blue Chip Pony Newcomers Championship Final at Horse of the Year Show that will take place in October, many riders felt the pressure and only ten combinations went through to the final jump-off. 16 year-old Jodie from Northchurch, Hertfordshire piloted Jack Eames’ 7 year-old Mighty Mouse W Van De Dauwhoeve, with whom she won the Pony of the Year Show JC Grand Prix Final last month, to victory in 43.54...
