Coronavirus COVID-19: How Blue Chip can help


As a valued Blue Chip customer your health and safety is our number one priority.  As coronavirus continues to create an impact around the world, we will continue to monitor developments daily.  We are currently open as normal, and are very much business as usual.

Some planning tips:
Your horse or pony cannot catch COVID-19.
Plan for how your horse/pony will be cared for should you need to self-isolate.
Your horse will stay healthy with plenty of fibre (grass/hay/haylage) and a feed balancer.

Blue Chip Feed is holding plenty of stock of our feed balancers and supplements.

Our feed balancers have a long shelf life of up to 8 months. We understand that you may want to order more at this time or bring your subscription forward so please contact us directly (0114 266 6200 or info@bluechipfeed.com) or you can action this through your account on the website yourself. Here is how to access your subscription in 2 easy steps:

2. Log into your account / create an account and follow the instructions on screen to amend your subscription. 

If you are self-isolating please let us and DHL know so that we can leave your parcel in a safe place.

At the moment we can continue to deliver if you need to self-isolate, can send to an alternative address (to your yard, or to someone else not in isolation) or leave in a safe place.

Blue Chip are constantly reviewing our contingency plans as COVID-19 progresses, but forward planning is of the utmost importance to ensure you do not run out of supplies.
