.

2012 GoalsHoping to upgrade both horses, and maybe compete in a one star.

Top Tips:

  • Think and be positive, believe in yourself and your horse, if you’ve put in the time training then the events should be fun and enjoyable for both Horse and rider……
  • Don’t overfeed at the beginning of the season, and maybe if your horse is tricky- let it live out a much as possible.

Personal highpoint: Jumping two double clears in the Novice at Weston Park with both horses in 2012, with Joey on a 26 dressage at his first Novice – we were delighted with him!

Memorable HorsesGift of The Gab (Dibble) a stunning horse initially bred to show who was by Catherston Liberator, I bought him as an unbroken 3yr old… he loved the XC and was fantastic in the Dressage phase, but couldn’t show jump for toffee!  He had a change of career and amazingly won the Novice Hunter, was 2nd in the Lightweights, and ended up being Reserve Champion at Stafford County Show, qualifying for The RIHS.
