Blue Chip Sponsored Showing Riders Shine At RIHS

The Royal International Horse Show was a great success for the Blue Chip sponsored showing riders!

Jo Bates was very excited to come 1st in the Skewbald and Piebald (Plaited) Lightweight Ridden Horse class with Shybont Navaho Girl. They also took the Reserve Coloured Horse Championship, which meant a great deal to everyone on Jo’s team. Jo was also delighted with her 5 year old, Man of Quality coming 4th in the Lightweight Hunter class, impressing the ride judge with his ‘beautifully schooled ride’

Danielle Heath impressed with Oathill Take the Biscuit, coming 1st in the Middleweight Hunter class, beating 31 other contenders to the top spot as well as taking the Reserve Championship. Mister President again had a good day coming 3rd in the Lightweight Cob class.

Katie Jerram’s list of Champions once again increased thanks to producing both Dalzorn Legacy who won the Amateur Hack class and took the Championship and Ocean Sea Field who won the Amateur Large Riding Horse Class and was Amateur Riding Horse Champion – both doing her proud.

Louise Bell’s Working Heavyweight Hunter, W Get Smart didn’t disappoint either, coming 2nd and taking Reserve Champion this year.

A fantastic show all round!
